Because of the imperative to fully implement the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future and the impending budget crisis expected to face the 2027 Maryland General Assembly, Worlds Class Grads—Maryland has sent this letter to Governor Moore, Speaker Peña-Melnyk, Senate President Ferguson, and MComptroller Lierman with copies to State Superintendent of Schools Dr. Carey Wright, and State Board President Dr. Joshua Michael.

Their leadership promoting the Blueprint is crucial to continue the impact already achieved by the beginnning years of the Blueprint’s implementation.

Annapolis Area Community Boating (AACB)

AACB provides after school and summer youth boating programs to Anne Arundel County students. Our low cost/no cost classroom and on-water boater education, training, interscholastic competition and career development programs are designed for underserved African American youth and lead by African American boaters who sail, power boat, kayak and standup paddleboard. Get on the water education and training and learn about jobs/careers near and on the water.
